Terms & Conditions

Fair terms, plainly stated

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes; shipping is calculated at checkout. An order is confirmed when payment clears, and title passes on delivery. Colours may vary slightly between screens and hides — full-grain leather carries natural marks, and we consider them character, not defects.

Unused pieces in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days; custom and monogrammed work is final sale. The lifetime stitching guarantee covers seam failure under normal use, excluding cuts, burns, pet damage and loss. Either party may end a custom commission before cutting begins for a full refund of amounts paid.

Journal content is ours to keep: guides and photographs may be shared with credit and a link back. Questions about these terms? Reach us on the Contact page — we answer within one working day.
