Your details stay yours

We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details, delivery address and payment confirmation. Contact and newsletter forms capture the details you type — name, email, phone and message — so we can reply and, with your consent, send workshop letters.

We never sell your information. Payment details travel directly through our PCI-compliant gateway partners and never touch our servers. Analytics, where enabled, run on aggregated counts, not personal profiles.

You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the Contact page. Newsletter subscribers can leave with one click from any letter; transactional order emails continue while an order is active.
