Everything about our leather, delivery, exchanges and care. Still curious? Write to us.

What is full-grain cordovan leather?

Cordovan is cut from the dense hindquarter panels of the hide, where fibres grow tightest. Full-grain means the surface is untouched — never sanded, corrected or embossed — so it resists scuffs and builds a deep shine with wear.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch in 2–4 working days across India. Metro cities typically receive parcels in 2–5 days after dispatch; the rest of the country in 4–8 days. Every parcel carries tracking — see Shipping & Delivery for rates.

Can I exchange or return a piece?

Yes. Unused pieces in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Monogrammed and custom commissions are final sale. Write to us from the Contact page to start an exchange.

How do I care for my leather goods?

Brush after use, condition twice a year with a quality leather balm, and store stuffed in the dust bag away from direct sun. Our journal guide The Leather Care Clinic walks through the full routine.

What does the lifetime stitching guarantee cover?

Every seam we saddle-stitch is guaranteed for as long as you own the piece. If a stitch fails under normal use, send it to our bench and we restitch it free — you only cover shipping to us.

Do your wallets block RFID skimming?

Yes. The Garth Slimster and Garth Id Card Case both carry an RFID-shielding layer between the card slots, tested against 13.56 MHz readers.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and netbanking through our secure checkout. The pay button activates once our payment gateway connection is live.
